Agent Branding + Templates: Make Every CMA Look Like You

Your CMA should look like it came from your brokerage, not a generic tool. We added full branding controls so your PDFs, covers, and share pages carry your logo, colors, and contact details—while keeping CMAForge attribution in the footer.

What shipped

  • Branding settings in-app: upload logo (PNG/JPG/WebP, under 2MB), set company and agent info, phone, email, website, and tagline.
  • Color controls: pick primary and accent colors; Professional template respects them across headers, accents, and charts.
  • Four templates: Standard (clean, data-first), Professional (branded default), Luxury (black/gold), Minimal (data-dense).
  • Branded PDFs: logo in the header, agent/company + contact line in the footer, plus "Powered by CMAForge."
  • Share page branding: shared reports can display your logo and contact details when enabled server-side.

How to use it

Go to Settings → Branding & Templates. Upload your logo, choose colors, and pick a template. Professional will use your colors; Luxury keeps its black/gold palette; Standard and Minimal stay neutral and data-forward.

Who gets it

Branding is a Pro feature. Free users can see the section and upgrade to unlock uploads, color controls, and template selection.

Built to stay reliable

  • Cloudinary uploads with size limits and auto-resize to 400x400.
  • Hex color validation and trimmed inputs to keep payloads clean.
  • Per-request color isolation so concurrent PDF generation cannot bleed palettes.
  • Attribution preserved: "Powered by CMAForge" remains in every footer.
